Flimra is an IPTV player app that connects to your existing IPTV service. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.

Data We Collect

Data Stored on Your Device

• IPTV Credentials: Your server URL, username, and password are stored securely in the device Keychain. These credentials are only used to connect to your IPTV provider.
• Watch Progress: Your playback position in movies and series episodes.
• Favorites: Channels, movies, and series you mark as favorites.
• App Settings: Your preferences like default audio/subtitle language, home screen layout, and other settings.

Data Synced via iCloud

If you're signed into iCloud, the following data syncs across your devices:

• Watch progress
• Favorites
• App settings

This data is stored in your private iCloud account and is not accessible to us.

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect analytics or usage data
• We do not track your viewing habits
• We do not have access to your IPTV credentials or what you watch
• We do not use third-party analytics or advertising services

Third-Party Services

Your IPTV Provider

When you add your IPTV playlist, the app connects directly to your provider's servers. Your provider's privacy policy governs how they handle your data. We have no relationship with or access to your IPTV provider.

Apple

• iCloud: Used for syncing data across your devices (governed by Apple's privacy policy)
• App Store: Handles subscriptions and payments (governed by Apple's privacy policy)

TMDB (The Movie Database)

The app fetches publicly available movie and series information (titles, descriptions, artwork) from TMDB to enhance your library. No personal data is sent to TMDB.

Subscriptions

Flimra offers optional subscriptions processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

Data Deletion

All your data is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account. To delete your data:

• Delete the app to remove all local data
• Your iCloud data will be removed automatically when you delete the app, or you can manually delete it from Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage

Children's Privacy

Flimra does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. The app connects to user-provided IPTV services, and content is determined by your IPTV provider.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the app and at this URL.
